Small Dragon Amigurumi Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn in pink, white, and dark gray (sport or DK weight)
• 8mm safety eyes
• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• Fiberfill stuffing
• Tapestry needle
• Keychain clasp
• Stitch marker

Abbreviations:

• MR: magic ring
• sc: single crochet
• inc: increase (2 sc in the same stitch)
• dec: decrease (sc 2 stitches together)
• sl st: slip stitch
• ch: chain

Head

1. Using pink yarn:
   • Round 1: MR, 6 sc in the ring (6)
   • Round 2: Inc in each stitch (12)
   • Round 3: 1 sc, inc around (18)
   • Round 4: 2 sc, inc around (24)
   • Round 5-8: Sc around (24)
   • Insert safety eyes between rounds 6 and 7, spaced evenly.
   • Round 9: 2 sc, dec around (18)
   • Round 10: 1 sc, dec around (12)
   • Round 11: Dec around (6)
   • Fasten off and stuff the head firmly.

Body

1. Using white yarn:
   • Round 1: MR, 6 sc in the ring (6)

   • Round 3: 1 sc, inc around (18)
   • Round 4-7: Sc around (18)
   • Round 8: 1 sc, dec around (12)
   • Round 9: Dec around (6)
   • Fasten off and stuff the body, leaving a tail for sewing the head to the body.

Arms (Make 2)

1. Using pink yarn:
   • Round 1: MR, 6 sc in the ring (6)
   • Round 2-4: Sc around (6)
   • Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing. Attach the arms to the sides of the body.

Tail

Wings (Make 2)

1. Using dark gray yarn:
   • Round 1: Ch 5, sc in the second chain from hook and across (4)
   • Round 2: Ch 1, turn, dec, 2 sc (3)
   • Round 3: Ch 1, turn, dec, 1 sc (2)
   • Round 4: Ch 1, turn, dec (1)
   • Fasten off and sew the wings to the back of the dragon.

Horns (Make 2)

1. Using dark gray yarn:
   • Round 1: MR, 4 sc in the ring (4)
   • Round 2: Sc around (4)
   • Fasten off and sew the horns to the top of the head.

Final Assembly

1. Sew the head to the body securely.
2. Attach the wings to the back of the dragon.
3. Attach the horns on the top of the head.
4. Add a keychain clasp to the top of the head.
