Crochet Wolverine Doll Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn: Yellow, black, brown, and beige (Medium weight)
• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• Fiberfill stuffing
• Scissors

Abbreviations:

• MR: magic ring
• sc: single crochet
• inc: increase (2 sc in the same stitch)

Head (Beige yarn)

1. Round 1: Start with a MR, 6 sc in the ring (6).
2. Round 2: Inc in each stitch around (12).
3. Round 3: 1 sc, inc around (18).
4. Round 4: 2 sc, inc around (24).
5. Round 5: 3 sc, inc around (30).
6. Round 6-10: Sc around (30).
7. Round 11: 3 sc, dec around (24).

3. Round 3: 1 sc, inc around (18).
4. Round 4: Sc around (18).
5. Round 5: Chain 6, skip 3 stitches, sl st to join (to create eye hole).
6. Repeat for the other eye hole. Fasten off and attach mask to the head.

Claws (Metallic thread)

1. Use silver metallic embroidery thread to stitch 3 claws on each hand. These should be small straight lines extending from the fingertips.

Assembly:

1. Attach the head to the body securely using the yarn tail.
2. Sew on the legs and arms.
3. Attach the black mask over the face and secure it at the back of the head.
4. Sew on safety eyes and embroider a small “X” on the belt for the signature superhero look.
