Christmas Batman Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn:
  • Black (main body)
  • Grey (suit)
  • Yellow (belt)
  • Red (Santa hat)
  • White (Santa hat brim and pom-pom)
  • Beige (face)
• Hook: 2.5 mm or 3.0 mm crochet hook
• Stuffing: Polyester fiberfill
• Extras: Safety eyes (8-10 mm), yarn needle, scissors

Abbreviations:

• MR: Magic ring
• ch: Chain
• sc: Single crochet
• inc: Increase (2 stitches in 1 stitch)
• dec: Decrease
• sl st: Slip stitch
• hdc: Half double crochet

Head (Black Yarn):

1. Round 1: 6 sc in MR. (6)
2. Round 2: Inc in each st. (12)
3. Round 3: 1 sc, inc around. (18)
4. Round 4: 2 sc, inc around. (24)
5. Round 5-8: Sc in each st. (24)
6. Round 9: 2 sc, dec around. (18)
7. Stuff firmly and add safety eyes between Rounds 5 and 6.
8. Round 10: 1 sc, dec around. (12)
9. Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.

Body (Grey Yarn):

1. Round 1: 6 sc in MR. (6)
2. Round 2: Inc in each st. (12)
3. Round 3: 1 sc, inc around. (18)
4. Round 4-6: Sc in each st. (18)
5. Switch to black yarn for the belt area.
6. Round 7: Sc in each st. (18)
7. Stuff firmly, then fasten off.

Arms (Make 2 – Black Yarn):

1. Round 1: 6 sc in MR. (6)
2. Round 2-4: Sc in each st.
3. Stuff lightly, then sew onto the body.

Legs (Make 2 – Black Yarn):

1. Round 1: 6 sc in MR. (6)
2. Round 2-4: Sc in each st.
3. Stuff lightly, then sew onto the bottom of the body.

Santa Hat (Red and White Yarn):

Round 1: 4 sc in MR (Red). (4)

1. Round 2: 1 sc, inc around. (6)
2. Round 3-7: Increase 2-3 stitches per round to form a cone.
3. Switch to white yarn:
   • Add a fluffy brim using sc around and attach a pom-pom to the top.

Cape (Black Yarn):

1. Ch 20.
2. Row 1: Hdc in 2nd chain from the hook and across.
3. Row 2-5: Hdc in each st. Fasten off and sew to the back of the neck.

Belt (Yellow Yarn):

1. Ch 18, join to form a loop.
2. Row 1: Sc around.
3. Make small yellow circles (6 sc in MR) to represent pouches and sew onto the belt.

Assembly:

• Sew the head to the body.
• Attach the arms and legs.
• Add the Santa hat on top of the head.
• Sew the cape securely on the back.
