Crochet Animals Mini Tutorial Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn: Worsted or DK weight yarn in various colors (white, pink, yellow, green, etc.)
• Hook: 3.0 mm crochet hook
• Polyfill stuffing
• 6 mm safety eyes
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Abbreviations:

• MR: Magic ring
• sc: Single crochet
• inc: Increase (2 sc in the same stitch)
• dec: Decrease (sc two stitches together)
• ch: Chain
• sl st: Slip stitch

General Body (Base for All Animals):

1. Round 1: MR, 6 sc into the ring. (6)
2. Round 2: Inc in each stitch around. (12)
3. Round 3: [1 sc, inc] repeat around. (18)
4. Round 4-6: Sc around. (18)
5. Round 7: [1 sc, dec] repeat around. (12)
6. Round 8: Dec around. (6)
   • Stuff with polyfill and fasten off.

Bunny Ears (Make 2):

1. Round 1: MR, 6 sc into the ring. (6)
2. Round 2-4: Sc around. (6)
   • Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing.

Bear Ears (Make 2):

1. Round 1: MR, 6 sc into the ring. (6)
   • Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing.

Chick Beak:

1. Row 1: Ch 3, sl st into the first ch.
   • Fasten off and sew onto the face.

Green Bunny Ears (Make 2):

1. Round 1: MR, 6 sc into the ring. (6)
2. Round 2-5: Sc around. (6)
   • Fasten off and attach.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Sew the ears to the appropriate animal heads.
2. Attach safety eyes and embroider additional features (e.g., nose, whiskers, or cheeks).
3. Customize each mini animal with unique colors and details.
